At Living DNA, we want to make sure you're fully informed about all aspects of your testing and results. So we've pulled together a list of frequently asked questions which can be found at our online help centre.
If you've searched our online help centre and have still not found the answer to your question, please get in touch directly by email or telephone. If you already have a kit, kindly include your kit ID starting with LD0 on the back of your kit box, in order for us to find your record and address your query more efficiently.
Our normal business hours are:
- Monday 9am to 5pm, UK time
- Tuesday: 9am to 5pm, UK time
- Wednesday: 9am to 5pm, UK time
- Thursday: 9am to 5pm, UK time
- Friday: 9am to 5pm, UK time
- Saturday: CLOSED
- Sunday: CLOSED
- UK bank holidays: CLOSED
We do our best to reply within a few hours during these hours. If you submit a query outside of these hours, we aim to address it as soon as possible upon our return to these hours. Please bear with us as our response time will be subject to the volume of queries received. Please note that during weekends and holidays, we do receive increased volumes, and so longer response times may be expected. All queries are answered in the order received.
